Unique Rolling System Installation:

Notice the 1/16" machined recess on one side of the plates; it is this feature that is partly responsible for making the Unique Rolling System unique. With both recesses sides facing each other and screwed onto the centers section, a thinner piece of flat bar may now be rolled the hard way - for example; a 1/8" x 1 flat bar. Or, turn one recesses side towards the center and one recessed side out and with the 1/4" center section a 3/16" flat bar may now be rolled the hard way. For the thickest possible flat bar rolled on edge the hard way; position the side plates so that both machined recesses are facing away from each other.

Installation:
Remove the 4" flat roller and install the hardened center section and 2 side plates as a single unit, tighten the side plates to the center section by aligning the hole in the side plate between two tower legs and inserting a 1/2" bolt or rod into the hole that will extend past the tower legs. Crank the handle to tighten the side plate against the shoulder of the section. Do both side plates. To loosen, crank opposite direction.
